Flexible, Budget Friendly

Design Consultation

This is the initial step for any project. I meet with you at your property, and we do a walk-through together. During this meeting, we discuss your specific needs, budget and timelines. This is where I get to know you and your property. I recommend starting this step as early as possible, to allow ample time for ensuring product and subcontractor availability.

Design Presentation (Report)

After the initial consultation, I go back to studio and develop my design. In pre-sale projects, my recommendations are divided into 3 categories: the necessities, the helpfuls, and the nice-to-haves. If you're on a budget, you can then take over the project from here and do the rest on your own. My recommendations will be specific, and you should be able to reference the list to purchase materials, then make the changes using your own subcontractors.

Renovation (Project Management)

If you'd like me to continue oversee your project, then we move to the renovation stage. I will select/purchase the materials (passing on trade discounts), coordinate with subcontractors, monitor project progress, and do inspections and a final walk through to ensure proper and timely completion. I'm flexible about this process, and my involvement can be as much or little as you like.

Staging

We offer staging as an option for when you put your property on the market. I will carefully assess your existing furniture and decor to incorporate as many of your pieces as possible to keep your cost down.
